以下有10天的運動課表,每天只要5-10分鐘,依照個人體能,可一次完成,也可分2-3次完成,讓我們一起開始這10日的訓練課表,一起用健康的身體迎接2019的一切!

Day 4:
30 Squat Jumps

30 High Knees, 30 Butt Kickers
Day 5:
15 One-legged Heel Lifts, each leg
50 Jumping Jacks
50 Twist Crunches, each side
Day 6:
30 Lunges, each side
30 Push-ups
30 High Knees, 30 Butt Kickers
Day 7:
50 Squats
50 Plank Flutter Kicks, each leg
20 Burpees
Day 8:
50 Standing Elbow to Knee, each side
15 One-legged Heel Lifts, each side
